Electronic Resources:

InvestiGator, the Library's online catalog, is available on-site and remotely. The Library provides access to more than 180 online databases, most accessible from off-campus as well as in the Library. The electronic collections include more than 20,000 journals and books.

 

Extended Learning

Through the College of Extended Learning's Open University program, the public can take regular University classes without formal admissi on to SF State. In addition, Extended Learning offers hundreds of classes each year for professional development and personal enrichment. Classes are held at the main campus and at the SF State Downtown Campus, 835 Market St.

 

Cultural Programs

Each year, SF State sponsors hundreds of workshops, lectures, conferences, exhibits, debates, forums and other public programs at little or no cost. In addition, thousands attend public performances produced or sponsored by the College of Creative Arts: faculty and student recitals, the renowned Morrison Artists' Series Chamber Music program, the Alexander String Quartet (in residence), contemporary drama and musical productions, dance featuring professional companies and advanced students, and film programs.
